Welcome to MyStages. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions

Certain features of MyStages require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

4. Payments and Refunds

All ticket purchases and tips are processed through our third-party payment provider. Refund policies vary by event and are determined by the event organizer. Platform fees are non-refundable. Tips sent to artists are voluntary and non-refundable once processed.

5. Content Policy

Users are responsible for all content they post or share through the application, including event listings, profile information, and communications. Content must not be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

MyStages is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. In no event shall MyStages be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the application. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
